About Me
I’m a therapist and registered social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting people through trauma, mental health challenges, and addiction.
I’ve had the privilege of working in a range of not-for-profit and community settings with a diverse group of people, which has deeply shaped my grounded, relational approach to therapy.
Over the years, I’ve supported people navigating experiences such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, shame, self-worth struggles, family challenges, discrimination, and disconnection from self.
In my work, I aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where you can slow down, explore your experience, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. I focus on helping you move from insight into meaningful change in how you feel, relate, and move through your life.
I continue to be moved by my clients’ strength, insight, and capacity for healing. It is a privilege to walk alongside people in this process.
